Masson & Co. creates personalized, made-to-order keepsakes using photographs and personalization details provided by our customers.

Orders & Personalization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including photographs, names, dates, spelling, personalization details, shipping information, and any other requested information.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order and approving your proof.

Because our products are personalized and made to order, slight variations may occur between digital previews, photographs displayed on our website, and the finished product. Differences in screen settings, image quality, materials, and the handmade production process may result in minor variations in color or appearance.

Proofs & Approval

When a proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to review the design carefully, including the photograph, layout, spelling, names, dates, and other personalization details.

Approval of a proof confirms that the design is ready for production. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Masson & Co. is not responsible for errors that were present in a customer-approved proof.

Customer-Submitted Photos & Content

By submitting a photograph, image, text, name, date, or other content to Masson & Co., you confirm that you have the right or permission necessary for us to use that content to create your order.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Masson & Co. permission to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and provide customer service related to your order.

Masson & Co. reserves the right to decline or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or cannot legally be reproduced.

Customer-submitted photographs will not be used for advertising, social media, or other promotional purposes without permission.

Image Quality

The quality of your finished keepsake depends in part on the quality of the photograph you provide. For best results, customers should submit the highest-quality original image available.

We may contact you if we identify an obvious image-quality concern before production. However, Masson & Co. cannot guarantee that every issue related to resolution, lighting, focus, cropping, or image quality will be identified.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Processing & Shipping

Each Masson & Co. keepsake is made to order. Current processing estimates are provided on our website and are separate from carrier transit times.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items except when an item arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from the approved order.

Once production has begun, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or differs from your approved order, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Shipping & Returns policy and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other reasonable resolution.

Product Use & Care

Masson & Co. keepsakes are decorative products intended for indoor display. Please follow any care instructions included with your order.

Actual product appearance and longevity may be affected by handling, environmental conditions, direct sunlight, moisture, heat, or improper care.

Intellectual Property

The Masson & Co. name, branding, logos, website design, product designs, graphics, written content, and other original materials created by Masson & Co. are owned by or licensed to Masson & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

This does not give Masson & Co. ownership of customer-submitted photographs or other customer-owned content.

Website Availability & Errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other website information accurate. However, occasional typographical, technical, pricing, or other errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious error or an item that cannot be fulfilled.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Masson & Co. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
